50 Things That Make Me Happy

Sometimes we just need to stop and smell the roses. As much as you're cringing right now, let us admit that it's true. Our lives are so fast paced that sometimes we merely go through the motions rather than actually asking how we feel about things. That biscuit you just ate, did you just gobble it quickly  or did you actually stop and taste.

Recently, I've been feeling quite stressed and naturally look at all the negatives in life rather than positives. This is also why I've been a little quiet in the blogging world. Speaking personally, a lot of the time I find it easier to just block all emotions out and focus on my tasks at hand but sometimes it's nice to slow down and enjoy the little things. So - here are 50 little things that make me happy!

I see a few of these posts pop up every once in a while and thought I'd give it a try. To be honest, I actually found it a lot more difficult that I'd anticipated. So many of these little things are just things I'd take for 'granted' in everyday life. I actually found this sort of post very eye opening as it made me look around and realise how grateful I should be. The little rings in the picture above were actually sent to me from my Grandma which say 'Be Happy' and the other 'Be Yourself'.

With human psychology, there are actually words that spark emotion called Power Words.

Here are some to take away with you in hopes that you'll have a more positive day!
